Shopping online for a refill of your contact lenses is easy using our secure online system. Just fill out the form, and someone from our team will get back to you shortly with your shipment details.

If you need to update your prescription, book an appointment today.

If you have vision insurance that you would like to use for your purchase, please call our office at (719) 594-2020 and we will be happy to assist you. Orders that do not have the insurance applied prior to the order will not be eligible for the practice to bill and will need to be handled by the patient.

Please contact the office as Coopervision and Johnson & Johnson Vision do not have a patient portal for ordering.

All gas permeable, scleral, or specialty lenses will need to be ordered with a staff member.

Pine Creek Vision Clinic is a husband and wife owned practice. Our goal is to provide the best quality eye care for everyone in the family. Drs. Johnston both see patients for comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts, but individually have sub-specialties to offer our patients. We strive to make everyone feel welcome, heard and like they are a part of our family here at Pine Creek Vision Clinic.
