This is for an optical visit only. You will not be receiving a prescription or seeing a doctor during this appointment.
Due to recent events involving COVID-19, we will be limiting the amount of patients allowed in our optical at a time. Our patients’ safety is important, which is why we have put a new scheduling policy in place. If you’d like to come in and look at glasses, pick up your glasses, get an adjustment, or if you are having difficulties adjusting to your new glasses, you can schedule an appointment. The link below will direct you to your patient portal in order to do so. If you have never accessed your online patient portal, you can call us to get your login information. Once your account is set up, you can book an appointment right from the home page. If none of the available times work for you, you’re welcome to call our Optical department. Our patients are very important to us, and we thank you for your understanding.
How to schedule your appointment online
- On the Overview page, click “book new visit”.
- The Appointment search page will appear, and you will be able to see available times, the type of appointment you can book, and the available doctors.**Please note: we are not scheduling comprehensive appointments online as of this time, so please select “Optician Optician” under the doctor section.
- Once you click the “select” button on the time slot, click “book it” to complete.
- You should be directed to a confirmation page with the date and time of your appointment.
