Pine Creek Vision Clinic has the latest diagnostic instrumentation available. We are dedicated to the early diagnosis and treatment of sight threatening problems.

OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
This is a fancy term for a camera with depth perception and sees the retina layers in color. It is like an MRI for your eye. Never before have eye care practitioners been able to diagnose and treat visual problems with such accuracy. With this tool we can measure corneal thickness and iris angles; two essential measurements critical in determining a patient’s risk factor for glaucoma. This instrument can also look at a patient’s macula as never before. Macular degeneration is the leading cause of blindness in the United States. Let Pine Creek Vision guide your treatment with pin point precision.

Puff and Curves Combined
Our non contact tonometer (the dreaded puff test) should no longer be feared. The puff of air used is barely felt by the patient. It also simultaneously takes corneal curvature readings for contact lens fitting accuracy never before available.

High Resolution Retinal Camera
When determining if a problem really exists, a picture from our High Resolution Retinal Camera is truly worth a thousand words. This allows us to monitor those tricky pigmented areas in the back of the eye as never before. It also takes stereoscopic (3D) pictures to allow us to monitor changes with precise detail.

Visual Fields
Glaucoma and strokes can rob a person of their peripheral vision. Our state of the art peripheral vision analyzer can accurately determine your field loss or improvement in a fraction of the time it used to take. It will keep your specific problem in it’s memory and compare it to every other test. It also combines a report with the OCT to determine if your loss of vision is consistent with other critical areas of your retina.

Let Pine Creek Vision perform your examination without the need to dilate your eyes. The Optomap provides unparalleled viewing of your retina without the need for drops. Sure you may have a problem that requires us to dilate; however, most of our exams can be performed without the need for drops. Let us compare your retinas side by side, year after year to accurately diagnose and track your unique retinal problem.
